1. Arrive with moving truck 2/3rd full of other people’s things.

Took 9 hours to load 4-bedroom house with already packed boxes because they couldn’t get everything to fit in the truck. 2. Wanted to load mattress and electronic indoor spinning bike onto open air extension of the truck with ripped mattress bag for a move that required 5hours of driving, overnight stay and next day delivery in Florida. 3.

Applied packing tape directly onto furniture when wrapping with furniture pads, ruining wooden furniture. 4. Ripped mattress bags, not replaced on request, dragged through dirty moving truck and floor, 1yr old, clean mattress delivered dirty. 5.

Delivery day, no notification of arrival time, had to call multiple times to find out they are waiting on “day-laborers” to help them unload the truck. Arrived 2:30pm to unload truck. 6. Day laborers, local, inexperienced, dressed in visibly soiled, baggy clothing, with no socks and slippers.

Concerned for our safety and theft. 7. Heavy boxes stacked on top of fragile labeled boxes. Custom bench fabric ripped from poor handling, dark wood dining room table multiple scratches from careless handling.

Furniture dis-assembled forcefully damaging structure. Beds not put back together resulting in potential injury.

8. Rude, unprofessional, vulgar, employee asking for payment upfront before delivery and demanding to sign all paperwork prior to work being completed.
