My experience was the worst that I've had with any business ever. First of all, the movers were three hours late, and once they arrived the infornation they had about my property to be moved was incorrect.

I was moving out of a three bedroom townhouse and they sent two men. I spent an additional 30-45 minutes arguing with the office manager Joe (for which of course I was being charged for) about what would be the "most cost effective" method to handle the move since by this time it was after 4 pm. My understanding with the gentlemen that were moving my belongings suggested that to move part of my belongings (approximately 25%) that day would cost me $3-400 and they would return the following day to complete the job. Two and a half hours later, only one bedroom set, a dining room table and some boxes had been moved, and the workers took multiple breaks to chit chat.

I was billed a total of $656 for the work they had done and was given excuse after excuse about why the price was much higher than originally quoted, and even though the is being billed $149 an hour, my family which were on the property assisted with the move to help expedite the process. When I called the office to express my discontent, Joe, the person I spoke with somehow managed to turn around and blane everything on me, even though as a paying customer, my job is to do nothing. He was unable to provide me with names and phone numbers of management to further escalate the issue and expressed no accountability for any of the events that had occurred that day. I ended having to recruit my cousins who were still in town from burying our aunt the day before, to help me finish the 75% of our property that was still in the house.

Because of the lateness, the bad talking of the company by the crew, the quickness of the the crew, the inflated price, but most importantly, the lack of professionalism, blame, and poor customer service that I received by this company I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE. I ended up having to miss another day of work to finish the move, and am still waiting on management to contact me regarding my bill and my experience.
