File a police report if you are like us who had been a victim to sexual assault by one of their movers, file a case with the BBB, write a review on Google, and do not compromise on “solutions” that in your gut seem like they’re bad faith. Follow the law, follow the process, and don’t compromise unless it feels sincere and right.
The company acknowledged the report in writing and claimed to have suspended the employee, but they never followed up. No phone call, no email, no apology.
In addition, our property was damaged during the move. When I filed a damage claim, the company sent me a settlement agreement with a broad non-disparagement clause, a *** clause that would have prevented us from speaking publicly about our experience. I asked them in writing to revise the clause so it applied only to the damaged item. They refused. I declined to sign, and they stopped communicating about the damage claim entirely.
Evidence I have retained includes:
Written acknowledgment of the sexual assault report.
My written request to narrow the *** clause and their refusal.
Police case documentation.
Photos of the damaged item.
Proof that no follow-up occurred after a police investigator visited their office.
This is not just a bad moving experience. This is a complete corporate failure to protect customers, to hold employees accountable, and to act with integrity when serious incidents occur. They allowed a mover with dangerous behavior into our home, failed to take meaningful follow-up action, tried to silence us, and still demanded full payment for the move.

I recently hired All My Sons Moving Company for what should have been a straightforward move, but it quickly turned into a complete nightmare. From the start, the movers showed up late, which set a frustrating tone for the entire day.
One of the movers claimed to have fallen on the job prior and could do nothing but carry pillows, while the other attempted to tackle all the upstairs furniture alone, resulting in damage to nearly every wall on the way down the stairs.
To make matters worse, it seemed like every piece of my furniture was damaged during the process. When they finally arrived at my new home, they continued to cause damage to the walls. I had to intervene and demand that they unload my belongings so I could finish the move myself, as I couldnt bear the thought of them destroying my new house.
I reached out to All My Sons while the move was happening to express my concerns, only to be told that I would need to file a claim once the move was completed. I submitted my claim immediately with all the necessary photos and the repair bill from my old house.
Their response? A measly offer of $200 for all the stress and damage they caused.
This has been by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering using All My Sons to think twice.
I only gave them one star because there wasnt an option for zero. Avoid this company at all costs!

Quoted 1 day move on a Friday with 5 movers packing included. 4 showed up.
Slacked and did not finish the job took 2 1/2 hours to get to delivery location 40 minutes away. Charged over estimate amount. 2nd crew arrived Sunday. 3 instead of 4 showed up.
Refused to take items like a dog crate, canned food, laundry baskets filled with blankets. Upon delivery charged another $2,200.00. Tons of broken items. There were multiple boxes with no packing paper, which I paid for, where glass and crystal were thrown in with appliances and heavy items.
Several broken glasses and dishes. Some were my grandmother's and are irreplaceable. They stacked plates with nothing in between so they shattered. They shattered a mirrored night stand and dinged up most of my belongings.
This move cost over 6k! I have contacted the manager, general manager as well as corporate with no response. After doing some research I found their "A" rating on the BBB is false. Read the reviews and comments.
There is also a FaceBook group dedicated to their lousy business practices with over 1000 members. The pictures I have included are just a few!
I still have more to unpack. I have moved several times in my life and never experienced anything like this.

I have called customer service multiple times. They take down my name and number and say I will get a call back, and no one ever calls me back.
The furniture was completely gouged. They offered a measly amount of money for the damage, $148, for these pieces that cost over $1,000. In addition, the movers stole our KitchenAid Mixer, which costs around $500. On top of it all, the movers asked to buy some of our items off us.
Perhaps because we said no, they decided to steal? We have a police report for this incident and sent it to All My Sons. They never responded, and now it has been a month since that was sent. I called yesterday and was told to 'hold on' and was transferred to a voicemail box.
I left a message, and no one returned my call within 24 hours. I called again today, and the customer care associate was extremely rude and disrespectful. He kept interrupting and talking over me. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me, 'I am not going to do that.
I'm not going to transfer you to anyone else.' I told him he is obligated to do so, and he hung up on me.
This is a horrible business and a dishonorable company. They treat customers terribly and are beyond unprofessional.

didn't agree to moving charges, charged excess amount, wouldn't give me a receipt. When I tried to call the following day, they would not answer the phone at all.
Moved 2 dressers and a nightstand, charged me over $400.00 for a one-hour job.
Only moved the items a few blocks from my house. Don't use them; they are a scam company.

So the guys showed up,it took them an hour to move some boxes,they were wasting time, everything was ready to move dressers were empty the bed was broke down all they had to do was load the truck. They left my big TV parts of my couch it was just horrible service.
I paid $1100 for two couches two mattresses bed frame and 50 boxes.
I demand a refund or half my money back. These two guys are going to get you sued.

Repacking a mess. Serous damage and costs.
Waterford Crystal, expensive China, ruined a swivel chair completely, chips out of end tables and other furniture, dirty box springs and mattress. A disaster.

Took two weeks after training. I had to call back to start work, then when we got to the location, the lady said she canceled the move four months ago.
So I decided not to work for the company because when I went to training, I couldn't tell how professional your staff were. Are they rude and disrespectful?
Now they won't answer my calls and won't give my training money back for the hours that I did. I just feel disrespected.
Preferred solution: I would like to receive my training check and for yall to look into what I told yall by talking to the guys that's going through all this on the trucks

The crew was fine, but the estimate I received was HALF of what I was quoted, and the estimator did not calculate and the team ran out of packing materials. So after coordinating a 2nd move date to finish, I never received an estimate to finish or confirmation on time/date.
Called numerous times to customer service and NEVER reached anyone on that line...finally found a number from the crew and confirmed the date/time.
After two days and more than 20 hours, they finished at THREE TIMES the original quote. Buyer beware.
Horrible company
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I hired All My Sons Moving based on their good reviews, but DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was!
What should have been a simple 3-bedroom move, estimated by multiple employees to take 8 hours, turned into a nightmare lasting 15 HOURS. Because of their incompetence, we were stranded overnight and forced to stay in a hotelwith three dogs!
But the time delay was just the beginning.
They DESTROYED almost everything I ownmy mattress, my kids car bed, my $4,000 TV, my couch, and even both the home we moved out of and the new one. On top of that, they STOLE items from our move and didnt even complete the job.
After racking up over $15,000 in damages, they had the nerve to charge me $3,000 for the moveand held my belongings hostage until I paid.
This is, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I have ever had. Even their own employees admitted that the company is a scam and robs customers.
RUN FAR AWAY from this company!
Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and heartbreak. This company is a complete scam!

Original person that set up move and gave me quote was very nice. The person after that finalized the deal was rude, argumentative and unprofessional.
The movers Gabe, Bree and Johnathan were professional, helpful, friendly and I would use them again. Brad helped try to fix the the problem I had. The jerk that called to explain the two day delivery called at 1:00 pm. I did not have my phone so I didnt answer.
NO message was left. NOTHING! So we waited till 11:00 pm for truck to come.
Also when movers didnt show up when I expected them calling the phone number after hours was awful. It never said that they were closed and to call back .
It keeps saying someone will be with you shortly. We held on for 55 min. No emergency number was listed and did not have number of driver.
We were totally blindsided.
Again if it werent for Gabe and Brad I would never recommend this company, but because of them I will use only if I can have. GABE, JOHNATHAN AND BREE as my movers.

I called all my sons and explained that I had an upright concert grand piano. They assured me that they had experienced movers who could handle my piano.

My new house has *** in the door frame. It was just horrible, mainly because the movers were not certified or experienced.

They have never contacted me again. I don't have any idea what their recourse is.
Will they try to collect through legal means? I don't know. I hope they drop it and I never hear from them again. I have enough problems as a disabled senior and don't need any more.

I received a small credit, at this point I'm letting it go because it is what it is. However I will never use them again.
Note it was a bedroom queen bed w/metal frame no head board, tall dresser night stand, 2 TV's, tall lamp, few lamps, a tall mirror and a TV stand. Plus a few misc. boxes of clothing and a misc kitchen box. NO OTHER FURNITURE!
The total charge was just shy of $1,000!!! Yes you read that right it is not a typo. In addition to the movers made my daughter very uncomfortable. I am just astonished!
I moved all this furniture in a year ago and it took me and my husband two hours. How they claim it was over 5 hours is ridiculous. Buyer beware, they do not present as an honest company.
Also my daughter gave her address which was correct, they showed up at a different address, not sure where but called mad, it was there error. STAY AWAY is my advise...

Overcharged from recorded line price. Held furniture hostage in truck and told if we did not pay an additional 33% increase from the quote, they were taking our furniture.
This morning, after paying the fee, we were told we have amnesia and have a short memory. Note: Do not use!!

I agree that you could not have predicted their behavior. However I would not have posted here till your matter is settled legally.
I already consulted a lawyer, and with a class C misdemeanor there isn’t much we can do that we haven’t already done. Maybe this isn’t relevant for you, but for someone reading this to learn our experience and just hire someone else.
You made a bad decision to hire them, and another bad decision posting here. You're a real winner.
